History
How the group grew.

1994
S.S. Agency
Sanjay Sarin founds the business, supplying the textile mills of Rajasthan.

2001
Chemicals and dyes
Trading begins in textile processing chemicals and dyes across the Rajasthan region.

2008
Industrial fabrics
The business expands into industrial fabrics across Gujarat and Rajasthan. This line has since been discontinued.

2017
Amar Prem and Sons Pvt. Ltd.
Mohit Sarin joins after completing his M.Tech, and the company takes its present name and direction.

Coal and lignite
The group enters solid fuel at scale, and extends its supply chain into imported chemicals and oil.

Amar Prem and Sons Pvt. Ltd. for fuel, Sarin Tradelink LLP for chemicals, and APS Logistics and Movers LLP for freight.

Holds a Diploma in Dyeing and worked as General Manager across several textile units before the group was formed.

Founded the business in 1994 and built its trading relationships across Rajasthan and Gujarat. A social worker and entrepreneur.

Holds an M.Tech in textile chemistry. Joined in 2017 and leads the chemical division and the group's move into solid fuel.

That is why grades are published rather than described, and why the group runs its own transport company instead of leaving the last leg to somebody else.
